Through years of academic training and after gaining ground with several exhibitions, it must be the right time to pursue crossing the river in order to reach the other side. While at the same moment acknowledging what had been acquired and accumulated along the way. Each of us share and express these perceptions with a variation of perspectives and approaches.
It is a conscious and collective effort that is not only confined to the rudiments of documentation but an invocation of bringing someone else to a place, without firsthand thought or not even preconceived of where one should wander or wade. Not only limited to some geographical settings. it is also an extension of self-analysis, insights of past experience, an animated music of a new season and such other revelatory depictions of transitions.
Sometimes, liberation comes later. When realizing that it is not the same as before but relocated somewhere else. And for that reason, we often attempt to recollect and search for it --- emotionally and physically. Then through these
successions and divergence can we recognize these changes for further apprehensions of what we consider as renewal.
